Overview

An on-grid rooftop solar photovoltaic system connects directly to the existing electricity supply through a net-metering arrangement. The solar power generated is used first for captive consumption on site, and any surplus produced during the day is exported to the utility grid, reducing dependence on grid-supplied electricity and lowering monthly bills.

ISMS (Integrated Systems Management Services) carries out the site assessment and feasibility study, designs and engineers the system, supplies the modules and balance-of-system equipment, installs and commissions the plant, and handles grid synchronisation and net-metering approval with the utility, followed by operation and maintenance support. Siddhi Global supplies and coordinates the project. Pricing depends on the installed capacity, site conditions, equipment specifications and utility requirements; a detailed cost estimate is prepared after the site survey and technical assessment.
