Overview
The Interactive Service Kiosk pairs a portrait Android touch screen with a panel-mounted FP302 thermal printer, so one unit can issue queue tokens, tickets, receipts or visitor passes and show promotions while it waits. It comes in 21.5 and 24 inch on a compact 420 × 420 mm base and weighs 25 to 30 kg.
The printer takes 58 or 80 mm rolls, prints at 250 mm/s with an automatic cutter, detects paper jams and loads from the front, and speaks ESC/POS over USB or RS-232 with drivers for Android, Windows and Linux. Signage content on the screen is managed through the free cloud CMS or over the LAN, with a horizontal split screen so a ticket prompt and a promotional video can share the display.
