Do you visit sites outside Kolkata?
Yes. Visits in and around Kolkata are free. Further afield we work through the partners' own offices and associates, which cover Odisha, the North East and districts across West Bengal. Tell us where the site is and we will confirm how the survey is arranged.
Do you install, or only supply?
Both, through the manufacturer. Capital Infoart's engineers install and commission signage, kiosks and LED walls; ISMS (Integrated Systems Management Services) handles Samsung and LG displays and solar systems. Warranty sits with the manufacturer, and Siddhi Global stays your single point of contact.
What do you need for a quotation?
The location, what you want to show, how many screens or how much roof, indoor or outdoor, and your timeline. Sizes and quantities help if you know them; if not, describe the space and we will survey it. Solar systems are priced after the survey.
Can I buy online?
Not yet. Every product is quoted on enquiry, because the right answer depends on the site, the quantity and the installation involved. Send the form or call, and you will have a written quotation to work from.
